Have been waiting 6 weeks for my order. No response to my emails. Have called twice and been told someone would get back with me. Haven’t got any response, so sorry I trusted this place. I’m really disappointed in the customer service. Hoping someday my order shows up.

Beautiful shop, has wonderful ceramics that are all very unique. I had the honour to visit this store in person, it’s stunning and filled with local art from all over Italy !

UPDATED: The package was finally shipped and arrived in good condition after 4 weeks of no customer service to understand the status (including no emails and the phone being hung up on me and further ignored my number when I tried again a few days later). They shipped to the wrong address once they finally did send it (thankfully the address they DID ship to was a closed business and I was able to contact FedEx to get it amended). This was an unnecessarily stressful experience. Again, as I said below, the shop person was wonderful. Answering questions patiently and helping me select my pieces (which I love). However it was not he I dealt with (or failed to deal with) once I left Italy and tried to simply contact them for an update. Had I been able to speak briefly with someone or had an email from them, the shipping timing and the address would have been easily remedied, including me providing an Italian speaking person for them to correspond with should there have been a language barrier.

ORIGINAL POST:

I purchased two vases at 950 euros a piece and have heard nothing from the seller or staff on an update for shipping. Was such a lovely guy assisting me when i purchased, and now that I'm back home, it's silence. It's been 3 weeks now (and the pieces I bought were in the shop and the ones that were to be shipped). When I've tried to call, I'm told I'll get a call back. They have not. I have called and been hung up on. At this point, it looks like this shop has defrauded me out of nearly 2000 euros. I have tried email as well. Nothing.

Not sure what else to do here. They've completely taken my money and run.

Commande et paiement en avril dans le magasin, d'une table et de 4 chaises, pour une livraison prévue début aout.
Absence de communication pendant 3 mois. Pas de réponse aux mails, pas de réponse au téléphone.
La table fini par arriver un jour de septembre, sans message, avec 6 semaines de retard, et une erreur de modèle de chaise.
La table est belle, mais vu la difficulté, le stress et l'erreur de chaises, ce magasin ne peut pas être recommandé.

I ordered a full set of dishes and accessories in April. It’s now 4 1/2 months and nothing. They don’t answer emails or their phone. Have been calling for over a month and even have an Italian lawyer working on it.
