The owner, Mike, and his son, Jake, were phenomenal! They truly valued our business and were willing to go above and beyond to earn it. We bought our first boat and didn’t imagine how comfortable we’d be after our purchase. Unlike cars, you typically don’t get the chance to test drive a boat before purchase. Shady Creek takes you on the water, educates you on basic boating skills and answers any questions you have on the boat you’re about to purchase. And to follow that, they encourage you to call or text with any questions you have going forward. If you’re even remotely considering the purchase of a boat, check them out. We originally bought our pontoon here in 2014.
This is our tenth season with our pontoon and using Shady Creek.

When I went to put the Pontoon in the water for the season today, I had a small mechanical issue.

Kudo's to Mike Morgan and the handy crew at Shady Creek Marine for helping me out.

Then, Mike was helpful and helped me get the pontoon launched, storing my trailer away for the season.

So if you're looking to buy a boat or pontoon, or have your boat serviced or repaired, then by all means go check out Shady Creek Marine.

They'll even take you for a test drive and ride in the boat of your choice.

Buying a boat at Shady Creek Marina was a very pleasant experience! Mike was so friendly, helpful and easy to work with. He patiently answered all our questions and was great with explaining things about our new/used boat (more than once sometimes). The location was so nice, right on the lake and made it so easy to test drive the boat. (That was a lot of fun).. We never felt rushed or pressured as we considered our purchase. We would DEFINITELY recommend Mike and Shady Creek Marina!

We showed up on time for our 10am boat rental, but they were not ready and the boat hand was new and had no clue. We didn't leave the dock until after 10:30am and the lady refused to allow us an extra 30 min. While on the lake, the anchor got caught on a tree. Called the marina for help and they were absolutely no help. The other dock hands were great but the lady who was managing everything was horrible.

Absolute class act from first call all the way to pickup! Jake and Mike, the owner, are guys of integrity. I am a buyer from Minnesota and at no point did I feel like they didn't care about my business, in fact Mike told me he would support my boat post sale all the way up here.

Keep up the great work, can't wait to get the boat and family down there to visit!

Much better than the “other” mating place near Wichita.

Boats are expensive but these guys get the general Maintenance folks in and out quickly and were very explanatory in the service and friendly on the phone.
