I wish I would have known about ProSource sooner. After hearing about them from a couple of trusted contractors I reached out for help finding boxes of discontinued wood flooring for my home.

Within 24 hours they located 3 boxes and even saved me $500 versus the other source I found online. The flooring arrived at their warehouse in 2 days which was much sooner than expected.

Their customer service is top notch, and I appreciate that they went above and beyond to help me out with such a relatively small order ($800).

We arrived at ProSource without an appointment, and were met by Ashtyn Phillips. We were picking out flooring for our new construction home, both LVT and carpet. Ashtyn listened to our LVT needs, and then guided us through choices that were clear and simple!
Carpet came next, working off of our LVT color choice, and carpet needs, and pricing concerns, Ashtyn explained fiber quality and traffic expectations, and our doggie concerns. Her knowledge of the products and varying qualities was impressive and helpful! And her knowledge of color combination and guidance was just amazing! All the while carefully listening to our feedback and offering explanations as to what different color choices would produce or not produce once we have the big picture in front of us.

Let me tell you the $432 for the Accent tile. That was 12 inches by 12 inches. Nowhere in our blueprint will this fit. The glass accent tile is also not as thick as our subway tile. The installer was told to build up behind it to make it fit. They also refused to refund or return the tile. They say it’s in your contract, no refund.
When you trust a professional to order the correct product, you expect them to correct their mistake. Not ProSource of Wichita.
