This store manager named darlin and two of her coworkers verbally discriminated my wife and I with our 4 kids because of our origin and skin color, the manager darlin cussed us and told us that we don't deserve to be in America, and we came to the US as servant etc... only because we wanted to exchange the size of a pair of shoes to the right one. I'll not recommend any African to shop at this store cause they'll disrespect and discriminate you. That manager darlin is so ignorant and impolite. She doesn't know the sens of humanity. Please stay away from that store cause you don't want to be insulted or humiliated while spending your well-earned money. darlin doesn't deserve to work in this store. The incident happened on Sunday, July 14th, 2023, around 5:55 to 6:40PM. If corporate wants to check the camera, please do it in that time frame. Again, darlin is a nightmare ? ?

Don't even waste your time spending your money here they are rip offs I paid on the 20th of June and the 26th they charged my again for the amount. My advice is to spend your hard earned money elsewhere they are nothing but scams

My wife was treated very unfair and like delinquent by this white old lady just because she was baying 10 pairs of shoes!! Since they only keep on shoe in the box she was very upset about going into the stockroom and get the other shoes. The worse customer service and she looks like she is already retired, so she should stay home for good with that bad actitud. I gave one star just to be able to write my comment, other wise I would give cero “NONE”

Grow for Today

Stopped here on my way home from an appointment in Columbus, to find my daughter a decently priced pair of hiking boots. We found a beautiful black pair of Fila hiking boots that were marked $39.98 but they turned out to be $29.98 at the register, so that was awesome!

I also found myself a nice pair of light weight hiking boots that had shoe strings, but also had a zipper option on the sides which was a big sell for me since I have back and knee issues and tying and untying my shoes can be difficult for me. Those boots were only $19.98 which was amazing! Brand on the receipt says "Daisy Fuentes Kenny".

The prices and stock available was great! Especially compared to the Shoe Show store location in the town where I live, which seems to mostly have just the higher end items and is hard to find more affordable footwear.

And the best part of this location for me was a customer service representative, named Jesse, who was very wonderful in not only helping me and my daughter find the right boots for the right price and made sure they fit correctly. He also helped me down the aisle, linking his arm to mine, while I was seeing how the boots felt while walking. It was obvious that I walk with a cane and have mobility issues and he did everything he could to make sure it was an easy and comfortable experience for me. He even tied my boot I was already wearing for me when I put it back on!
