My friend Mr Dharmendra Kumar Maurya had purchased RVT 400 - Mh03dy2530, now Battery Terminal wire not working. he given his bye in Services center last month May 2 ,2022 till yet not repaired. in Services center no body picking his calls and nor giving any satisfatory answer. Please no body purchase this Revolt Electric bye becuase after sales & Services is very very poor.

worst service i have ever seen, the service advisor never speaks properly, and you have waste a lot of time for service , as there are no sufficient space, manpower, and slots so simple washing may take at least 2 days it seems as per the service advisor that too if you leave your vehicle as there is no appointment system.

Revolt needs to make sure that their dealer and the lender should help the customers and not to feel them that they are in Government Office. I have personally feel the Government Office feeling at their Safdarjung branch. Visited two times but still the KYC not done. Today (3rd) again will try. There is a big communication gab between the lender and the dealer. Even you can't get a photo copy done at their showroom.

Book your bike, and forget that you ever did something like it. Forget about the bike, and the money you paid for it. They'll make you feel exactly like this. The largest communication gap ever, and their back-end is busier than the prime minister himself.

Seems that Revolt Motors is not manufacturer . What they are doing is Assembling. No transparency in sharing info on Battery replacement, Cost of New Battery, / Spare parts, Guarantee and availability of spare parts, Also the Cost of bike is totally not come under Value for Money, In absence of moving mechanical parts ( in Petrol vehicles) Just simple DC Motor and battery, cost 2 lakhs is totally not meaningful. A Good thought with worst implementation. REVOLT will soon die because of the same reason why MICROMAX died. No after sale service at all, only reason being no parts available at Service Center. The Bike is good if not the best in terms of Quality. Speaker, break pads, immoblizer and Belt are some of the worst performing part and will die in 1 year of purchase. In my personal opinion Rahul sir should sell this company to someone more responsible person/firm.
