Great selection, disappointing after sales service. The team in the showroom is excellent and very helpful. However it all fell apart after that. We had repeated issues with deliveries being sent on 40ft lorries, despite arranging in advance for them to use a smaller truck or a van as the road to our house is narrow. I spent about a week chasing for updates, and eventually the delivery was sent on an even bigger lorry! Wanting to avoid any more delays, I accepted the delivery in a local car park and ferried it to my house in the car. Still waiting on my promised delivery charge refund.

Good place to buy tiles a wide range of selection, haven't needed to contact them after sales so cannot comment on that, when buying tiles in store it was automatically presumed I would collect from the warehouse I asked how long of a wait as I read the reviews before visiting so I knew other people's experiences the sales person did say 15 minutes which was correct. I would suggest asking the customer do you want delivery or collect from the warehouse, the luas is close by so you could be visiting by public transport. I would also suggest commutation between the sales person and the warehouse to let the warehouse know a customer is on the way down to speed up collection times.

We did three bathrooms using products from Tilestyle. Amazing service received from Grainne in the bathroom department. She was very patient, knowledgably, great with design, and her after sales service was exceptional. Often replying to emails on her own time, I suspect. Thanks Grainne!! Your dedication to your job, and customer service skills, made the Tilestyle prices bearable.

Ivan in Kitchens was very experienced and a responsive and clear communicator. He designed a great layout for our kitchen and utility and guided us on a lot of tricky decisions. It’s a really good store, but unfortunately they have the worst warehouse team. We asked them to keep the tiles for only a few more days as we are finalizing our selling process with the house, and they are never helpful. They just want to get rid of you after selling things that’s horrible. We now need to figure out what to do. Just stay away…

Beautiful kitchen showroom and highly professional staff to accommodate it. The range, quality and design of the porcelanosa kitchens is far superior to anything else I had seen. Donal during our appointment had so much experience and knowledge in kitchens I felt in such safe hands the process was so smooth and efficient I couldn’t recommend him enough.
