Saved the day! When the company I bought my sofa from went into insolvency and didn't fulfil my order, Hastings Sofa Company (who were due to manufacturer the sofa) got in touch for a direct order and massively saved the day. They were quick to build from scratch and so easy to communicate with. Delivery was done this morning with ease, super friendly personnel and a quick install - would definitely recommend!

I cannot rate the Hastings Sofa Company highly enough. From my initial call answered by Michael to the delivery of our sofas the whole process was faultless. Our sofas are over twenty years old and initially I wanted to replace them but could find nothing I liked or would suit the room. Then I heard of the Hastings Sofa who could refurbish my sofas. With great help from Michael I chose fabric, my furniture was collected and one week later returned, recovered with new cushions and ready for another twenty years! Everyone I dealt with could not have been more helpful. A truly pleasant experience!

I would advise you to avoid this firm. I ordered a suite from them through Sofa Time shop, which arrived on 7th July. The pillow back cushions were the wrong colour and there were no scatter cushions. The company appeared to be very apologetic and keen to put it right. They confirmed the order had been sent accurately by the shop. In August they sent the scatter cushions, followed by a smug email confirming that all the “missing parts” had been sent. I replied saying they had not. It is now almost mid September and not a word from them, in spite of the shop contacting them and asking them to ring me. I’m stuck with a sofa in the wrong colours and the realisation that these people simply don’t care. So I would strongly advise you to go somewhere else.

Marc from The Hastings Sofa Company recently delivered our dream sofas for our new self build house. We wanted some statement sofas and we are not disappointed. They are absolutely stunning! Your order has been identified as being within a stage of production that can be completed in an estimated timeframe of 6 - 14 weeks.

I have been contacting the company for nearly a year now and I was told to be patient and wait until they find a delivery company to deliver to Northern Ireland. 
During this period I had 3 lovely ladies Bronwyn, Sophie and Nikita that were sorting everything out for me and Unfortunately Sophie and Nikita have now left. I was advised by a senior member of staff to contact the managing director myself because he was the only one could sort my order and arrange delivery. Unfortunately today the managing director told me i would not receive my order because his pot is empty and he is unable to afford, make or send me my order. 
My heart is completely broken, I feel so sad and angry.
