I purchased 4 doors and 2 windows from Castle House Distributors during the pandemic. There were delays and inconveniences throughout the process due to the manufacturer. However Ben ( amazing sales rep) was always there helpings us! He has great communication skills, he always answer his emails promptly and follows up on any issues.
I would buy the rest of my windows and doors from them, once we are ready to continue with the second phase of our remodel because Castle House Distributors has a great costumer service and the best price in town for Anderson windows, sliders and Simpson wood doors.

Castle House was awesome! Windows arrived on time, they even made accommodations when we needed to switch from "will call pick-up" to "delivery". Communication, response time, follow up and professionalism was top shelf. Especially trying to build during COVID-19 when it seemed each week we got a call that something was delayed. It was so great to have Castle House come through on our Windows. Big thanks to Richard Lee, Jonathan Childs and Ker Yang!

If you are looking for an honest company with great customer service and extremely competitive prices Castle House is the place. I worked with Ben to purchases two sets of beautiful French doors. Ben was very knowledgeable about the product and had a detailed answer for all of our questions. Castle House was also spot on with arrival date of the doors and arraigned a few days later to have the doors delivery to my property. If you are in the market, this is the place to go!!!

Best service for my window purchase. The stuff is knowledgeable and prompt. Smooth delivery and effective communication. Very considerate towards my house style, my budget and my own circumstances. Was nervous about wait time, but they organized the delivery the very next day my windows reached their warehouse. They also recommended another company for installation- GR Home Renovation. They were attentive and on schedule. Ended up hiring GR to do other projects in my new home and now that I look back I know that was a wise decision.

I needed 8 windows and was running short on time for one of my projects. No one could help except them. I called and right away Courtney attended to my needs. All my questions were answered and I was able to get the windows done a week before my deadline. They even delivered for a reasonable fee. The price was right and the product was great too. Will definitely be working with them in the future.
