La peor experiencia, lástima que leí los reviews muy tarde. Pero tienen razón ni se tomen el tiempo. Autos a precios muy elevados. No tienen coherencia con los precio del mercado. Algunos vehículos no tienen A/C. Muchos detalles para ser clean title y las millas no concuerdan con el desgaste del vehículo. No puedes tener el CARFAX hasta que no cierres negocio.

Ahórrense esta auction vayan a otras que los reviews hablen por si solas. No cualquiera se toma el tiempo para dejar un feedback. no solo para el negocio, si no para aquellas personas que sienten interés por estar ahí.

Aquí un ejemplo con fotos de un scion xb 2010, 96k millas, sin aire acondicionado, tuvo choques mínimos pero las reparaciones estuvieron mal hechas, se nota detalles de pintura. Las puertas desajustadas. Aún así la oferta inicial empezaba en $6,500.

1st car - 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid 101000 miles (runs great still) paid 4000 & extra 1600$ registration. & 1600 fix
2nd car - 2016 Nissan Sentra In 2020,
116000 miles paid 5000, registration current, transmission went out in 2023.
3rd car- 2017 ford fussion 80000 miles
Paid 8000, registration was 1200, car had been in an accident with major frame replacement (not on car fax but the ford dealer told me and showed me) car needed maintenance abt 3months later.

— the first car I got was the best time with them. After that they have been selling deceptively, bidding up cars, & disgustingly manipulating ppl into buying cars. The experience at the auction wasn’t bad tho.

Long time listener, first time caller. this was my first time here. Upon arrival I saw quite a bit of cars which I was excited for. I walked around and I saw one specific car that caught my eye, so I started looking at it. As soon as they noticed my interest in one specific car they came and told me the price and said it was negotiable. I open the doors I looked in the interior. The interior looked well upon looking under the car. There was a lot of rust under the car that pushed me away from the car a bit. The gentleman brought me the keys to start so , I did. Upon starting it, I heard a noise coming from somewhere in the engine bay not sure where. Gentlemen states “it’s just a pulley. It’s fine. Nothing wrong with it”. He gave me a price and said “the price is negotiable, if you wanted to make an offer I will bring the offer to my boss and let him decide if he will accept your offer”. I gave him an offer and instead of walking over to his boss like he said he automatically said no. OK bye Felicia. if you come here please be aware, look at every single inch of the vehicle not just the inside of the car and how nice it looks. Make sure you have somebody that can notice where all the oil leaks are where all the rust spots are and all common problems.

I recently purchased a car and was thoroughly disappointed with the entire process, particularly due to the staff's rudeness and misleading information regarding mileage. To make matters worse, I witnessed them being rude to my dad, who has been a customer and has purchased over five cars from this place. It was disheartening to see how poorly they treated someone who has been a consistent supporter of their business.
When I inquired about the mileage of the vehicle I was interested in, the information provided was unclear and misleading. I later discovered that the actual mileage was far higher than what had been initially advertised. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest in a significant purchase only to be treated poorly and misled. I expected transparency and respect throughout the buying process, especially when making such an important decision. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism from the staff overshadowed any excitement I had about my new car.

Hace como tres meses compré un carro y supuestamente me mandarían por correo lo que son las placas registración del carro y demás
Bueno el problema es que nunca me llegaron las placas Estuve marque y marque Solo me decían que les mandara en Vin que más Alrato me marcaban y no más nada que marcan Mando mensajes No te responden Cuando contestan me dicen que después me atienden que ya están ocupados Y demás Bueno espere Y Ahora tuve que ir al DMV para sacar otras placas Por que a mí no me llegaron las placas Que supuestamente ellos me lo mandaron Y resulta que hasta la registracion del carro no estaba pagado Cuando supuestamente ellos ya hicieron todo ese trámite Hacen muy mal su trabajo Y tuve que volver a pagar las placas Es mejor si compran un carro que vallan ustedes mismos al DMV Por Que ya no se puede confiar
Otra cosa siempre chequen bien los carros por qué después que los agarras Tienen varios detalles Como golpes O no tienen espejo o cosas así chequen bien

Honestly, I don't recommend this place check engine light turn when I got home. Second, had to fix brakes, alternator, and now seems there is a problem with the motor!! Oh and forgot to mention I paid for tag and registration, and they send me form 2023 from last year!! Now I have to pay again for July 2024. By the way I only had the for one this.

I brought a car in May. The car then gave me problem, I had to change the tires, brakes, AC not counting that it was "clean title" but the air bag have been used previously. As a student whose going to college I don't recommend going here I have to pay more than I was expecting.
