We will NEVER do business with this company again. We were about to buy a massive chandelier and remodel our bathroom with them. However, we just ordered 6 items from this company that we saw in the showroom. When they arrived they were completely different. I called to talk to them about how to return them since they were different. Instead the jerk who answered the phone told me it was my problem take it up with the manufacturer... and when I tried to talk he kept talking over me. When I stood up for myself and said he needed me to let me finish what I was saying he hung up on me. We will NEVER do business with this company. I'll happily take our high-end remodeling projects elsewhere.

We had a great experience at Ferguson with Ron. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the selection process of our master bathroom fixtures. We had fairly specific requirements to meet and Ron was able to help us narrow it all down to exactly what we needed. Highly recommend visiting in person and engaging with the their sales team to make your selections. We will be back for our kitchen needs for sure.

We have worked with Ferguson many times before in the past having built a new home and remodeling 2 Airbnb’s. We always got excellent service from the salesmen there. They are knowledgeable and worked hard. Unfortunately, the issue is with the worst receptionist I have ever encountered in my life. I recently walked in with someone to buy all our hardware for our latest remodel. Never have I been told in the past that I needed an appointment. The salesman I have always dealt with has always come over to me whenever he saw me. This time, he wasn’t in the store. The receptionist BARKED at me the moment I walked in and shouted “Do you have an appointment?!”. I kindly replied no I didn’t. She then proceeded to tell me harshly that they only work by appointment and I need to leave. Leave? Seriously? I told her who I normally work with and she rolled her eyes and insulted the salesmen to me and said he’s never at work anymore, basically implying he’s lazy. I couldn’t believe she would disrespect a colleague like that. I said I’d wait for the first available salesmen. She then got up and went to talk to a female salesperson near her desk and started to badmouth me and the person I was with. We were well within listening shot to her vitriol. I don’t want to repeat what she said because she was clearly not in her right mind. I would have left if it wasn’t for the good service I received from this place in the past. The salesman I did end up seeing, Philip Beaufils, was wonderful, helpful and got me the quote the same day.

Our family is doing a kitchen and bath remodel. My wife visited your showroom on 2 occasions and she returned quite disappointed. She remarked that your displays were adequate. She claims that the staff barely interacted with her and when she did get someone to help. She felt that they were doing her a big favor by answering her questions. We went to Palm Beach and they treated us with respect and kindness. Some of your other reviews also reflect our sentiments.

We were recommended Ferguson to use for our remodel. Upon making purchases of an entire house of appliances and plumbing fixtures, it became painful to get a hold of the sales associate that helped us purchase all items. We tried and tried to get updates and would have to wait weeks on end to get updates. Customer service lacks. Once alliances showed up the installers told us they have told Ferguson over and over that there is issues with the Jenn air fridge. Plus Ferguson didn’t leave template to install door panels. For the price you pay for Ferguson appliances and plumbing fixtures you would think their customer service would be top notch. NOT!
