I have made an appointment on the Chase branch in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, on 5/23 for 4pm the week before when I visited the branch but no one was available. However, when I showed up at the appointment time, the clerk told me the banker has already left and my appointment was rescheduled to 11am, while I didn't receive any email/phone call about the updated schedule.

This is extremely unacceptable. As a loyal client of Chase bank, I have always been satisfied with the service. However, in this Little Tokyo branch, I have had my worst banking experience. It has only ONE banker and requires making appointments many days ahead, and the banker was not even there when I showed up for the appointment. This is very unprofessional and makes me to question the quality of service in Chase bank.

The worst branch I have ever visit, today was the third time I'd visit this branch. The first time I want to make a deposit of about $900 dollars, there were all $20, $10 and $5, they told me to go and line up on the ATM, that the ATM will take the cash, I felt more comfortable doing it with them, they ask me to wait, its was around 9:30am and they open at 9am, he hadn't turn on his computer. The second time I had to deposit a check, they ask me for my card and ID, they took the check inside a room, they came back and say to wait, they never explain or gave a reason, It took me about 10minutes, until I ask the what was wrong, they say they will find out, They came back finally after about 25 minutes later, I was frustrated my meter was about to expire, they did not apologize or said anything they just gave me the creepy smile and gave my card and Id back. The third time was today, I try to deposit another check, she said again you can do it on the ATM, I said I know, but I want it do it here, making sure there is no problem with the check, coming from the same bank, want it to know if it had funds, She reply Why you don't want to do it from the ATM, which I reply why are you guys here, I do not have any problems which race or anything, but this Asian people in this place seem to be lost, like they do not what are they doing, I explain to her I want to know if it has funds, but she is in like another world, I trying to explain my self why the situation, I call the 800 number with customer service if there was anything wrong with it, they said it shouldn't be, she goes to another person in the bank, but the way her name is Michelle, and she sucks at what she does, I bet was because she had probably had close her cash register and did not want it to count the money again, do not have a explainable reason, does any of you have?

While Mo D. Huh and her coworker that does the same next to her are excellent especially Mo but the little short guy Mario has a very obvious think less of others give. Just doesn't make me comfortable at all. I am sure he is perfect for others though. I could give the examples specifically what has occurred if you'd like

The only thing i didn't really like about chase is there bonus incentive. They claim to give you 200$ when i signed up i didn't recieve it because i wasn't eligible. I guess my income wasn't high enough. Then a year or so into having the account i read that there are no requirements. If you sign up with the bank you get the 200.. So i am wondering why they did not give me 200$. It's the principal not the money. I am still a consumer but strongly considering switching banks due to this alone.

Terrible service. Sat down for 15 minutes when it was empty. Then line formed and banker assisted everyone but me. Charged me 6 dollars for a damn statement which I could print out for 25 cents at staples. On top of that no parking, bankers are biased on who they serve

The bankers who assisted me were very rude and unhelpful, speaking to me rudely to go deposit cash myself at the ATM instead of her doing the job she’s supposed to do just because she said she’s afraid to make mistake when writing check. REFUSED to help me at the first time and they helped me unpleasantly and made me feel very unwelcome as chase customer.

This place is nice and employees are super friendly and efficient. They help you right away! It's convenient and walking distance from my job!
