We have been doing business with Neighborhood Credit Union for several years now and always get the best interest rates for our vehicles and don’t have to hassle with the dealerships. They also offer great warranty programs and competitive savings account rates. Lori Gaines has been awesome to work with and always gives us the BEST advice for our family’s needs. I had a car stolen and had to replace it quickly. I immediately went Neighborhood Credit Union since I financed my last auto there. I worked primarily with Lois Gaines who was outstanding. This was a difficult case since I live in both Texas and Louisiana and want the car titled in LA. Lori was exceptionally expedient and made the whole transaction very easy. Came in to close a new account on a Friday afternoon. The following Monday afternoon I took Jessica up on her offer to come back and see her. She answered ALL of my questions with grace, patience, and understanding. I immediately opened 3 accounts!
