I called this location 24 times over two days and they would not answer the phone, nor is there a way to leave a message. I called the corporate number and they tried calling twice with no answer. Corporate told me my only option would be to go to the branch office since they won’t annswer. Unacceptable. Of course they had no explanation when I drove there. I actually called while sitting in the lobby and not one phone rang in the building, and again, no answer.

If I could I would give this location no stars. I went through the ATM this morning only for my card to get ate up and not able to deposit any money out. I went inside the branch to explain what happened. The location was not busy but the lady at the window was moving very slow. Once I finally got to the windowed I expressed to her what had just happened and she went ahead and got the machine to start making my card and asked for me to wait by it so I did. Now my debit card only took about 5 minutes to make and I did wait on the young lady to finish with who was in front of her. Even stayed quiet when she got everyone in line done. Finally I asked her could she please get my debit card for me because at this point it’s been 10 minutes since I had been standing by the machine and about 30 minutes now that I’ve been in the store when this was only suppose to be a simple bank run. She tells me give her a few minutes and she continues to work on her computer. The machine is less than 3 ft from her. There are about 3 other bank representatives in there office. I guess 1 lady saw me still waiting and she finally walks out and gets me my debit card. The amount of time it took that lady to get out of her desk the young lady 3 ft from the machine could of been got my card, had me out the door and back to her computer. I will never be going back to this location again. Y’all suck!

I and my mother have been banking with Regions for over 20 years My mother has passed on, but l still bank at Regions and they treat me like family , so l will be there for life.

I only give this bank a 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. I love Regions however, since moving to Dallas I think I need a new bank. The ATM at this location is always down. You can never get anyone on the phone the at the branch.

Worse bank ever! They hold checks for 2 weeks & online tells you to go to a branch but they have no idea what to do in the branch. It’s a continuous cycle if anything goes wrong with online banking.

I live in alabama. I'm at work in TX. This bank refused to accept my state issued paper copy of my renewed driver's license. They told me it doesn't look like what is in the system for state id's. AVOID THIS PLACE!
I BET THEY WOULD LET ME DEPOSIT MONEY THOUGH!!!
GARBAGE BANK!!!

If I could I would give a negative review. Just had a very inconvenient experience. I have a business account and in order to withdraw money I have to have checks. I have a debit card for a reason. Even for $2 you have to write a check. Not enough ATMs or branch locations either. Really considering closing my account.
