We recently had the pleasure of speaking with Tina, in the DeLand store and we truly connected. Their assortment of products is fantastic, and we successfully traveled with them to Atlanta and even thousands of miles away to Vancouver, Canada. As a longtime fan of key lime pie—especially Kermit’s version—I was thrilled to visit their production facility where everything is exceptionally fresh.

The staff is incredibly down-to-earth and offered me some deals, even though they didn’t have to—what amazing customer service! Having tried key lime pie from all over the world, I can confidently say theirs is the absolute best. The lime juice they use is outstanding and makes a noticeable difference in flavor.

Do prefer natural heavy cream for garnishing; They use a formulated whipped cream on the pie, likely to preserve it during storage and transport since natural cream doesn’t last as long.

Overall, the pie was excellent, and the entire experience was wonderful!

Likely the best key lime pie in the world.

20231206 I wanted some keylime pies from FL since I read so much about keyline pies in FL. This is the only keylime pie shop that was on my route. I'm so glad that it was because I had a great shopping experience. Tina was great. She was so helpful and yet left me alone while I shop, which I preferred. Tina answered all my questions, and if she happened to have an open bag of something I asked about, she gave me a sample. I didn't know this is an outlet store, which means discounted prices! ? I got a bag of keyline snaps, a bag of white chocolate chip keyline cookies that has a nice keyline aroma with a mild keyline flavor, 2 boxes of keyline taffy, 1 chocolate covered keyline pie that was amazing!!, a slice of keylime pie and a slice of coconut keyline pie. The outlet prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend stopping here if you are looking for keyline items... sauces, jam, candy, peanuts, cookies, salsa, soap, lipbalm, honey, etc... the keyline peanuts were a bit too salty for me. This shop is so clean, and they even have restrooms for customers. Thanks, Tina!!!

We knew about the Kermit's brand from our travels to the keys. What we didn't know then was that all their products are made here in DeLand. The store is modern and clean. We bought our favorite key lime treats and enjoyed them all..

Was so glad to find this was right here in Deland after a trip to the keys. Especially when a whole pie was only about $16. Went every week until they jackt their prices up to $29. a pie. Haven't been back since. Wonder how many other customers they've lost due to almost doubling their prices?

I went to buy a pie and you wanted $29 for a single small keylime pie. I have bought many from you but never again. It is very sad that you are trying to rip people off.

Nice Store in the factory. Nice decorations displayed through out. As a hot sauce lover I knew I had to buy whatever they have to offer.

New owners feel that your on the tourist strip in Key West, not a remote warehouse on the outskirts of Deland their pies are good but at 28 dollars I feel they are gouging. Definitely wont be on the table for our family and with this greedy price point will probably have to adjust prices or close the Deland store. Word of advise spend your hard earned dollars with local Bakerys.
