This is my favorite spot in Tampa for ice cream but had a bad experience today. I visit twice or thrice in a week and always take two scoops in a waffle cone with chocolate syrup on the top. Lady who worked today didn’t know how to put chocolate syrup and was rude to me, gave me waffle cone like shown in picture-1. I’m posting other pictures to show how I used to get before when other employees worked and I had no complaints.

Super friendly staff, patient, smiling. Excellent ice cream! We loved the Caramelized Banana with Peanut Butter: the Lemon with Ginger: the Pineapple with Pecans. Recommended !

Our visit (3) was 2 March 2023 on last night of our business trip. We went downtown Tampa to check it out. During our walk we found this darling Ice Cream shop with excellent ice cream. So we stopped in, got ice cream, sat outside to eat it and it was great. The staff were so professional, helpful and pleasant. If in town again, would stop back through for this tasty bit.

What a fabulous ice cream shop! I highly recommend the mint chocolate chunk flavor. I had the lemon with ginger pieces, but unfortunately the ginger flavor didn't come through. It was good just as lemon flavored, but was hoping for a bit more. The staff are great. The only trick is trying to figure out how to eat all the ice cream before it melts in the Tampa heat.

Who doesn't love ice-cream?! This location can be a little difficult to spot since it's new but it's to the right side of the Marriott hotel next to Starbucks. The decor and everything inside is very aesthetic!

I got one scoop of chocolate ice-cream on a cone and my oh my, it was delish! From the flavor of the ice-cream straight down to the waffle cone. You bet I devoured that beautiful creation.

I definitely plan to bring my friends and family here whenever we are at the Marriott or convention center. This place is cool, pun tended.

Love how they have so many unique flavors! I had the key lime and pineapple pecan. Sooo good. Also staff were so friendly. Definitely a must stop place if you are near by.

Came here twice during our trip to Tampa. They have a wide variety of flavors however both times we were there they were out of a few of them. The 1st night we went I got the chocolate marshmallow cookies ice cream and it was so good I was looking forward to having it the 2nd time we went back but the ice cream on the top of the tub appeared to be melted. I asked the worker and he said he could scoop around it but I picked a different flavor because I didn't want melted ice cream. The workers here do not seem thrilled to be working here and just stand behind the counter on their phone between customers. When we were leaving we said Have a good night and one worker said Thanks without looking up and the other didn't bother to acknowledge us at all. So overall the ice cream is very good but the service was flat. We would go back because the ice cream is very good.
