I'm in love with my sofa and love seat we purchased at Casa Linda in ELA. They are soooo comfortable and recline. We had been looking for 3weeks. Walked into Casa Linda 15 mins before closing, Adan approached us showed us around and made sure we found what we needed. He didn't rush us and helped us get a good deal. Thank you Adan!

I was very disappointed the dresser I purchased did not have all the hole drilled through to attached the handle hardware and one drawer was not put together correctly. I had to get my neighbor who is an installer to come and fixed the drawer and to drill the holes through on two of the drawers handle holes. There is a gab at the bottom right drawer!

Staff was great. Service was good, not up on your face. Though the promise of exceptional work was not so much good.
Upon arrival to the apt the sofa was s by wrong, the order from the warehouse was wrong sent two of the same couches. Then when the second one arrived the next day it was built and not in the box as promised. Probs the first and very last time we go there.

I recently moved into my new house and decided to come here to furnish my complete interior. Purchasing was easy and even offered financing. Everything was great besides the actual furniture. Half of the items i received did not last even a week.

I’m giving 1 start to the guys that came to assemble my furniture. One of them came into my home being rude. He was dropping the furniture like if he paid for it. I paid almost $200 for delivery and assembly. The rude guy made it seem like he was doing it for free. I’m not sure if the crack from my dining table came from the warehouse or if the rude guy caused it from throwing my furniture around. I called to complain and they didn’t care. Aside from that, the furniture is decent for the price. I would not recommend to get it delivered and assembled by the guys they have working there. They’re extremely rude and very unprofessional and they don’t assemble the furniture right. I have a missing piece to my kids bunk beds that makes the ladder wobble a lot and the drawers are crocket. My question is, was it not properly assembled or are the drawers damaged too? Like I said, I paid almost $200 for delivery and assembly (yes I already mentioned it). I was hoping it would’ve been professionally delivered and assembled. My husband, my son and I stayed outside the WHOLE time out of their way because the guy looked mad and I didn’t have the energy to say anything. We were never in their way or didn’t make any comments to them. We still offered them drinks and tipped them even though they had a horrible attitude. He was mad upon arrival. He probably hates his job but that’s no one’s fault. I hope they don’t end up telling me most dining tables come with minor damages. So why does the one you guys have in display not damaged ? False advertising?
