Junk! I’ve had the TV console for 1-2 years. As you can see there is discoloration from where my TV sits on the TV console. Customer service didn’t care and said this doesn’t fall under their quality issues. I do not recommend their products.

We ordered from them 6 weeks back….when the product was delivered they forgot to send the hardware kit with it hence the assembly guys just left it as shown in the picture and we have been told from past 4 weeks that they will resolve this asap…. I am totally frustrated with their customer support is the worst to deal with…. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE… they don’t deserve any stars!

They wouldn't post my actual review on the website, so I'll post here. I very my much disliked the two recliners we ordered from this company. They were uncomfortable, and looked & felt cheap in person. The only thing worse than the chairs though is the return policy.

Be advised it's not good, considering you are buying an expensive piece of furniture sight unseen, but have no recourse to get it replaced or taken back without penalty.

Also agree with others that the customer service is poor since it feels like a prompted script rather than a service.

We had ordered "white glove delivery" which was not received by the delivery service (first disconnect, their delivery service is not their business.) Because of this miscommunication, the delivery service would not install our furniture on the day they arrived.

"Spoke" with their customer service, that feels like AI responses, and they could not do much other than reschedule another two weeks away. This was after the AI bot told us that our needs would be prioritized.

What makes me most upset is that the delivery is one of those, "anywhere between 7am-7pm" types.

Anyhow, I am reading these posts and feels like Castlery should rethink their entire customer service process. Even the responses to these public complaints feel emotionless and just words on a screen ignoring the human element. I am sure most to all Castlery purchases have spent a lot of time and money only to get, "we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

Would not recommend if you want to deal with the worst customer experience. I ordered a dinning set from them during a sale on 5JUL. I contacted the customer service 2 days later to add fabric top to all the chairs. Instead of the 40 dollar difference from their sales price, i was asked to pay almost 200 dollars. When asked to explain why, they told me that I needed to pay for each individual chair. If the sale had ended, I'd completely understand. However, as of this post, the sale is still going on and I have not been able to even confirm the ability to cancel since my last email to them 2 days ago. Now the sale is about to end and I can't trust this company to not charge me a restocking fee and reorder. So basically I will be losing out on the sale price. It has been extremely frustrating to deal with the multiple delays of communication on their end. So yeah.. take it with a grain of salt, I can't speak for the quality of their product.

I purchased a bedroom set. The bed has a faulty bed rail bracket (the holes for the screws are misaligned) and the process to contact customer service is a nightmare! I used the text option, after stating the problem I was told to wait for an email and the rep ended the thread. I received the email a day later and the response was for me to find a replacement part to fix myself. I told them I wanted a replacement part from the company and I received no response. I then tried to call (again) and I left a message for a return call, that was days ago, no return. I called again hours later and sat on hold for an hour and a half. I then tried to use the text option, then after explaining the issue I received no reply. I then tried the “WhatsApp” option and was able to speak with someone. They were more helpful, but it resulted in a “wait for an email” I received an email that evening letting me know they were looking into it. Now it’s been three days and again, no response!
This company is junk! They are overpriced for what you get! They take your money and do not care about the customer at all! Don’t waste your time or your money!

LOVE my new Adams Chaise Sectional in Deep Teal Velvet. The color is absolutely stunning. Soft back cushions, firm seating, velvet is incredibly soft. I have a cat and the cat hair does not get stuck to the velvet. Super easy to clean! So happy with my purchase! I also purchased the white glove service and the two gentleman were very professional and efficient.

A couple of months ago when I was searching for bed set, I found the Seb Bed and Nightstand. However, I was extremely hesitant to order it because they do not have a showroom here in California and I would basically have to commit to buy something I have never seen before. Plus if I didn't like it, I would have to pay quite a bit of restocking fee which I forget how much it was now. Anyway, I ended up taking a chance after seeing a guy put it together on youtube and the bed look pretty good. Long story short, I love my bed and nightstands. I have had it for a couple of months now and I am very pleased with my purchase. Really good quality, has some imperfections but not a deal breaker for me and I am very very very particular about what I buy :). Currently considering buying the Casa Sideboard to go with my Seb set.
