Terrible Experience and Unprofessional Behavior
I went to this branch on 9/19 around noon to open new account and the service was appalling. I approached a woman working at the desk, her name Irene Williams, asking if I needed any assistance. Instead of helping, she brushed me off, saying she was "very busy" and rudely, then she went to the second floor. She claimed to be a "big manager," and do not do account opening, but her attitude was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. It's shocking that someone with such poor customer service skills holds a managerial position.
This bank clearly has serious management problems. If this is how they treat customers, I can't imagine how they run the rest of their business.
I hope this place gets acquired soon by another bank that knows how to treat people with respect. I won't be banking here again.

This was my worst experience ever with a bank. I was transfer from HSBC to this bank. And its been a nightmare since. The worst communication you can imagine. And the impossibility to make a wire transfer.

If I could, I would give it 1 star! My bank and myself have been trying to contact this bank for the last 4 days. I've called every branch from Brooklyn, NY to Los Angeles, CA and the phone rings once and hangs up. There is no way to get in touch with this fraudulent bank! Wonder what would happen if your credit or debit card got lost or stolen. Your accounts would be cleared out before you even get someone on the phone to talk to. Don't walk, run away from this deplorable bank!

这银行真的太bull shit了，各位有账户的还取消取消吧，服务真的太差了，有一个工作员 名字叫 Betty Chang 还有一个叫Maria 这两个人简直是极品，我来换钱，换一盒 1cent才25块钱 要收我五块钱。 年轻的的服务很好。 真的是越老越傻逼。真不知道怎么在银行做的。 这银行真的专欺负中国人。

Worst Bank ever, inefficient system to screen new account candidates. Incompetent poor communication! Do not waste your time if you don’t speak mandarin or cantonese and you are from country side mainland China than maybe you can have a chance!

This is a very conservative bank. Look at the ages and backgrounds of its directors. It is facing a management and corporation governance succession and transformation problem.
