La posizione della casa è centralissima, nella piazzetta sul molo. La camera 4 era l'unica rimasta e il costo di € 75 a notte per 3 persone mi sembrava molto conveniente rispetto ai prezzi che si trovano alle 5 terre. Il proprietario ci aveva detto che non aveva vista mare e la cosa non ci preoccupava, ma se sapevo che era proprio senza vista, modello cella di carcere allora non l'avrei presa. Bagno cieco senza bide', 2 finestre in camera da letto con inferiate imprigionate da rete che davano su di un muro di un'altra struttura, in mezzo c'era un corridoio di 1 metro scarso di larghezza. Puzza di umido e di chiuso.

La camera è pulita ma rientra nello standard di camera offerta in questa località. Ma la posizione e soprattutto il balcone (camera n.3) danno un valore aggiunto determinante. Anche se ci sono da salire circa 50 gradini, ne vale la pena!!

Camera confortevole e spaziosa che si affaccia sul porticciolo di Vernazza. Il servizio molto amichevole e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente!

I would highly recommend Martina's room #3. This was our third stay in Vernazza and our first with Martina. The location of the building is right on the piazza, and our room (#3) had a large terrace with a great view of the harbor and piazza. It was so nice to enjoy the ambiance of Vernazza from the terrace while being a little removed from the crowds below.

Martina was a very helpful and friendly host. We requested additional pillows which were promptly provided. The refrigerator in our room stopped working and her brother brought a brand new one the next morning.

The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The only drawback for us were the many stairs, some of which were quite steep towards the upper floors. There are stairs throughout Vernazza and the Cinque Terre towns though, so it's hard to avoid. Plus, being on the top of the building affords the wonderful views. Just note for anyone with mobility issues that these stairs are quite tough.

Spent 3 nights here in July 2023. Room was clean and utilitarian. Great view of the harbor from the large veranda. Martina prefers cash payment but makes it easy. The room was a 4th floor walk-up. I would stay here again.

This room, the view and the town was one of my highlights of Italy. We loved this room, overlooking the harbor. If you can handle the stairs, it is great. The building is right on the plaza, and you are steps to the rocks for tanning and swimming. Vernazza gets crowded during the day when boats and trains bring in day visitors, but there are only 500 rooms in town, so it quiets down in the morning and afternoon. ||||Martina's father met us and get us settled and we greeted Martina each day. I never got connected to wifi, but that was probably a good thing. I loved the experience and I want to return someday to this place.

Martina was so helpful and made our trip easy. Simple access after a long day of travel. We were in room 3 with a fantastic view over the harbour. There are lots of stairs so be ready for that but Martina helps with that too. We had a great time and hope to return one day. Well done Martina.

We chose room #3 based on the reviews from TripAdvisor. I was a bit concerned when Rick Steves referred to it as "spartan" but we took the chance and we are so happy we did. The room was perfectly suited to our needs. The bathroom was clean and the room was large enough. There were two large storage closets with plenty of room to store suitcases under the bed. There was a reasonably sized refrigerator and a hot pot. The best part of room was the patio that was private, spacious and covered with a retractable awning. It offered an amazing view of the piazza and harbor. The 72 steps were steep but manageable with lights at the top and the bottom of the stairs. There is a baggage transport service from the train station (photo with information included below) that was so incredibly reasonable ((4 euros per bag)||When we arrived we were met by Martina's 79 year old father Giuseppe who arranged for the bags to be transported. Martina's brother Gianni came up to the room on the second day and presented us with a bottle of wine they made from their vines. Martina lives across the piazza and was available most mornings cleaning the other rooms. She was very helpful with all of our questions.||We spent a week here and our room was centrally located to everything. You cannot go wrong with Martina's rooms.
