I was looking for a red wine to pair with some cheeses, and I was able to find one. Usually this store is packed on the weekends but the customer service was great. They found a nice wine to pair for a small gathering. The parking was empty as well. I was expecting for a college town that it would be packed and messy. Not so. It was clean inside and they had a nice selection and I was satisfied with the pairing.

Mixed bag. Small store but has some premium wines. Rude woman at the register ordered me to remove my bottles from the bottle bag I brought with me to carry my purchase - I've never been asked to do that before in literally hundreds of purchases at many wine and spirits stores. It is totally unnecessary as the woman would have exerted the same effort to lift them up half way out of the bag to scan them as she did after I removed them and placed them on the counter. I then had to put them back into the bag myself. I cannot believe anyone is so lazy, so it seemed like she was on some power trip. If she thinks ordering around customers gives her worth, I feel sorry for her. It's like if you had to buy your wine at the DMV.

Very enjoyable shopping experience! My first time shopping post 21st and they had everything I was looking for. Nice selection of wines and imported drinks from different countries! The cashier was very nice ringing me out, wished me a happy belated 21st!

Nice atmosphere. Staff was very helpful but not intrusive. I loved the reasonably priced gift bags hanging in the front and I bought 2 of them to go with gifts.

Standard Fine Wine store with a premium collection climate controlled room, but nothing to write home about it, unexciting as far as I am concerned.

Extremely rude. Charged me twice for a bottle of wine. When I politely brought this to their attention I was treated as a nuisance. Their words , drivers licence, need it again, you are done referring to the refund. You are done like being a dismissed schoolboy. No apology, did not even look at me. Pennsylvania hire polite people or even train them to have some common decency.

Staff was inattentive and not helpful, engrossed in their own distraction with some item one of the employees had brought into work. I could have easily doubled what I spent, but didn't want to disturb them further.
