I adore my terrazzo and marble Mosaic factory tiles, laid in our entrance hallway. I wanted the 'real thing' rather than porcelain copies and saved up for this beautiful product - so delighted I did. They make me smile every time I come home, or come down the stairs. A quality product, with great service and good back up when I needed more sealant. Highly recommended, Sian @makeitmoregeous x

The Mosaic Factory was recommended to me by a friend and It was love at first sight when I first saw their range of Terrazzo tiles! The designs were absolutely beautiful and I chose their small ‘Wild’ design! The service was amazing and when my tiles arrived I just couldn’t get over how beautiful they were! They take my new bathroom to a whole new level and everyone who has seen them is so impressed with the quality and originality! I designed my own tiles, and paid a lot for it. The colors I designed (or the background color) in my case KLM are extremely grey, while on the homepage it shows a very nice warm beige. The product did not look at all like the picture. I strongly warn against ordering without possibly ordering a test first as the product cannot be compared to the colors on the website.

The zelliges in this shop are a joy, wonderful bright beautiful colours and finish, with a huge selection. They are natural, look stunning and expensive. So refreshing after the usual safe factory greys and off whites. This shop was recommended to me by an architect who has used them on a project which looks stunning. We are going to use them for bathrooms and kitchens on a project in the New Year. Huge choice, so easy to find what we want! We have not put them up yet, I will post again when we do. The manageress Amanda is knowledgeable and helpful, and generous with samples and advice. A great experience so far.

The product itself is great. The customer service is hard to deal with.
Long story short, our builder mis-calculated, and one single tile is missing.
We contacted MOSAIC UK, explained them the situation, went to the showroom to ask for a sample we were ready to pay. Anyway, not their fault, no stock in UK (for our product). We asked whether maybe they could put us in touch with a customer in UK who would have some leftovers... It went nowhere, not even sure they evaluated that option.

As it is pretty urgent, we asked them whether they could ship via UPS, DHL or FedEx (charge we would pay). NO, the only way to ship is to request the factory in Morocco to put one tile (yes, 1 tile) on a pallet, and to ship that pallet to UK. We expressed that this was not really sustainable (not that FedEx, UPS or DHL is more), and nowadays, we ship from China or Australia Vases, Glass, Crystal. Wrap it up well, stick a "FRAGILE" on it.

Slightly disappointed by the fact it is over complicated to ship one tile, that it will take 4 weeks, whereas there are more sustainable and faster solutions.
