Fina kläder men helt bedrövlig onlineförsäljning. Långsamt ochfelaktiga lagersaldon. Samtidigt erbjuder man ingen som helst returtjänst, vilket gör denna process invecklad och komplicerad för kunden. Hur ett företag som försöker ligga i samma prisklass som Italienska premiummärken, helt, har lämnat walk-over i returfrågan är helt klart underkänt.

Devoid of any form of service. They do not even greet customers, let alone offer any assistance. Arrogant and patronising attitude. Even one star is one too many. This place is best avoided.

Hade grym dialog med Johan innan. Önskade att han hade varit där. Killarna i butiken stod och hängde med polare och när vi tillslut fick hjälp så fanns det ingen känsla för service. En brällopskostym va tydligen för mkt begärt och om man vill sy upp en väst så skulle man göra det utanför arbetstid samt att välja tyg på plats gick inte. Ska man gå hit, ta kontakt med johan. skippa parvlarna i butiken som uppenbarligen behöver en utbildning i kundvård. Riktigt tråkigt.

Bought Carpincho Gloves Light Brown size 9 from UK. Great value for money as bought on sale. Duties and taxes were already paid so didn't need to pay anything extra. Quality product as my first Carpincho product and leather is very soft and luxurious. Delivery was ridiculously quick as received the product within 3 working day of ordering.

Rose&Born is magnificent in every way, and i've never been dissapointed with anything from their collections.

The Made to measure is beyond your expectations. The staff are incredible, and the garments are very high quality.

The staff at Rose and Born are friendly, professional and have a detailed knowledge of the garments that they offer.

The store offers a range of styles that would suit all ages and all occasions.

Arvid in particular is a credit to Rose and Born setting the standard of customer excellence and demonstrating a high level of detailed knowledge around tailoring for the modern and transitional styles depending on his clients needs.
