Found a car on car gurus. I called and spoke to Carlos. I told him I would be paying cash for the car. I asked if the price was firm or if 3500$ was good since I was paying cash. He yes yes yes come down. I drove 2 hours. Only to get there and her told me the price was firm and they couldn't do anything about it. I asked him why he didn't say anything when I told him i was coming with cash. He had no answers. And then his boss jumped in telling me well you want the car you have to pay blah blah blah then says we'll put money down and finance a car. Like sir this is a used car for my son I'm not financing nothing. Just beware your not going to get a discount. Even if you are paying cash.

The salesperson and manager seem like nice folks. However, be forewarned, they will not let you test drive if they determine you are not in the position to make the purchase same day.

I was honest in stating that i cannot make the purchase decision immediately as my current vehicle is in the process of a sale.

I called ahead to make sure i could test drive as I am deciding to see if this was the correct car for me.

I don't fault them for their business decision. But it was an inconvenience for me.

I wish I had known that i couldn't test drive and I wouldn't have made the trip.

There seems to be over 500 auto dealers and used car showrooms in Queens...so how should you choose where to go? Well if your'e lucky you'll end up here working with Chris. Do they offer the best price...it's hard to tell. Do they want to make a profit? Absolutely. But you won't feel strong-armed or pushed into buying something..Like at Power's where you will end up in a managers office..rather than being able to close the deal with your salesperson. But more importantly, this place actually stands behind their cars. My daughter asked me to come along into the belly of the beast. I was weary at best. But the cars were spotless inside and out. There was no hard sell. And, although we were very unlucky because the car my daughter originally wanted broke down, no fault of theirs...they couldn't have known that a solenoid would go bad after our test drive, Chris, who came out to see the problem after we "limped back" to the showroom, offered to either fix the problem, give my daughter back her money...un heard of..with used cars...or sell her any other car she wanted. My daughter ended up buying the car I originally thought she should have taken in the first place...and saved herself an additional $3,000. When was the last time you heard of a car salesman selling a car that netted him less money? Long story short. This car is a gem. I can confidently say that now, that she has been driving it for over a week. Chris, even offered to sell this car to my daughter and take it back if she wasn't 100% thrilled. She is. So, like I said there are hundreds of places to "buy" a used car in Long Island city, and though we can't comment about the others other than "Powers" if you don't want to be taken "for a ride" GUARANTEED stop here first and talk to Chris. You won't be disappointed.

Wow - Interesting Bad Experience. Initially we met a sales person who had glasses like me. Super helpful and friendly. We came back with a second opinion with the wife's first inspection of size and fitment. First sales person was helpful. Let's make a Deal !
Now it gets really ugly and bad !
We are passed to egocentric sales person is representing the sale of our choice and the car sales closer ?
During this painful presentation of how " We Have To Spend More " for this " Special Vehicle". We realized that this narcissist was not our person.

Brought a Audi A7 from Showroom auto. Chris was very helpful and got me a good deal with my credit score. After having the car for 1 week it happened to be leaking oil and the flex pipe broke. I live 2 hours away from this dealer ship. I contacted Chris on Monday and he told me to bring my car to the shop to rectify the issue asap. Got my car up there Monday after noon. Without having a way back home Showroom paid for my rental for 3 days and helped me get back home. In 2 days they fixed my car and had it back to me in a timely manner. Even thou I was stressed out and worried and was some what rude, Chris kept it professional and handle this issue like a true business man. Thanks for the amazing car and great doing business with you.
