Horrible customer service they’re very rude. Every single person that works there didn’t want to sell us the coffee because they said that they were making any at the time while we waited in a long ass line. Highly recommend this location.

The help here are superb! Literally once in a blue moon they'll get backed up. You have many options for snacks, eats and drinks out of the ordinary Starbucks.
My only advice would be to price the snacks, eats and drinks.
You have beautiful clean grounds to enjoy your meal, and if your lucky, you may have an audience mother nature has blessed us with.

Went in and ordered an iced mocha as normal, guy taking my order was perfectly nice. Then a barista called my name to pick up the order and it was just a cup of milk. I was kinda confused and mentioned that I ordered an iced mocha, they take hundreds of orders a day, I understand mistakes happen and all but figured it wouldn't be a big deal to get what I ordered. The barista then said there was nothing she could do about it and walked away, I just stood there incredulously until she came back and asked what I had ordered, I said an iced mocha and thanked them for remaking it. Then she called my name again to pick up the iced mocha, when I went over to pick it up at the counter she looked me in the eye and said "next time you order, order right" with a heck of an attitude. My friends and I were absolutely flabbergasted at how rude and weird she was, like I said it started as an innocent mistake but then ended with the worst customer service experience I can remember. Would not visit again, I'll go to the one nearby in the village where everyone's always been very pleasant.

Supposedly 24 hours but occassionally they'll lock the doors for no reason and completely ignore you when you come by. If you're closed fine but have the decency to acknowledge us and tell us when you're opening back up instead of turning off the lights and hiding in the back room (yes this literally happened).

The staffs are not responsible! Wasted a lot time! I ordered at Tapingo and chose pickup there. 30 minutes later when I got there, they told me what I ordered are out of stock, then they canceled my order in front of me. You could do that 30 minutes ago! Why do you kept me wait in line for another 15 minutes? Hopeless.

As a freshman this was the absolute best place to get snacks! Most of them were terribly unhealthy (like those Goldfish) but it was open 24 hours. So it was just what you needed for a long night of studying. It's a great motivator to power through, knowing you can take a break, walk around, and get a snack. Powerade is a good idea for those memorization or essay marathons!

Worst Starbucks ever. I wish I could give them no stars. I use Tapingo almost every time and every time I come my order is never ready. There is always some excuse as to why my order is never ready. The lines are almost always long and the workers move too slow.
