The service cost is very high they will keep pitching for AMC. This is my second experience where they have sent the car without thoroughly cleaning.

I live in Nagpur and I am using polo car since 7 years. The build quality of this car is very good but I was not satisfied with the after sales services. But this time my car service experience in VW service station at Nagpur is more pleasant. Specially person Mr. Chandrakant who works there as a service Advisor who understood my car problem properly and resolved it in coordination with the service team. All the team has done a great job.

I have got my car(HP 63 registration) repaired from this service center in early oct and purchased a service contract for next year also. However I not received the service contract document for the same even after 1 month.

Further the car was not repaired properly and issue are still persistent.

I had a pathetic experience this time with Mr Firoz.

I am planning to take this matter up. I advised everyone to be cautious . I agree all staff might not be same. But my experience of service this time has been pathetic.

I hope management will take some action.

Well trained service personnel. Friendly and helpful customer service. Service advisors are well informed. I would recommend going for their 2 year Annual Maintenance Contract. It turns out more cost-effective in the long run.

One of the most horrible places in Mumbai for servicing. They have started charging 1500 for sanitization but there office itself is so dirty with no COVID measures in place.

Think twice before visiting this place - also would recommend to visit another VW store if possible or avoid service altogether.

Very bad experience. Good tyres were changed in the pretext of worn out. Apart from that gave estimate of about 60000 for minor vehicle noise. Services station works to generate revenue rather than actually doing maintenance works.

This is with regards to my recent experience with Shaman Motors (Sewree)

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by the above mentioned service centre  whereby despite of repeated intimation about the problems associated with my car , the rectification of the same hasn't been upto the mark.

I had demanded repair for vehicle manual locking malfunction for which the service attended was categorically informed about the said problem however the problem still persists on the delivery of the car.

Furthermore, the vehicle bounces which never was the problem earlier before the car was handed over for servicing.

The vehicle was at the workshop for 12 days and inspite of that such a mediocre and unprofessional service from International Automotive company is highly unexpected and unaccepted. Absolute waste of time and money!

Kindly take serious note of the issue and the inconvenience caused in the transportation of the vehicle to and from the workshop for a repeat work which could have been handled more professionally by the "experts" of Volkswagen service centre.

Its extremely disappointing to know that we have companies like you in the service industry. I have never been hassled by any other car agency as the way it has been with your company.

You have a very poor call back system as no one ever bothers to call back and inform the status of the car inspite of repeated requests.

Awais Ansari was appointed as my customer support. Despite of me repeatedly calling to know the status of my car; instead of my customer support addressing the issue to me.  I also received a message that some Mr.Roshkumaran Namath , Customer relationship manager, would call me to attend to my problem, I never received any call from him and when i tried to contact him , his number was unavailable. Then I also received a message from Awais to contact Mr.Nazim Khan, team leader. I did that too and he didn't answer my call ! This is really extremely unprofessional on the part  of your company to handle my issue which was caused because of your terrible service.

You even have the audacity to mail me a cost estimate of something which never was an issue in the first place.
I have paid a huge amount and now you are sending me another estimate which is more then my previous bill amount !! Why should I bear the cost when I never had that issue in the car in the first place and above all the problem was never brought to my notice when the car was given for servicing.

The bouncing of the car only happened after the car returned from your service centre. I had addressed my problem to you but yet no one has bothered to look into the same. You just know how to loot customers and get extra bucks out  of it . Your company is into such unscrupulous methods to harass customers that is just not accepted.

The last contact that I had with your company was on with Mr.Yogesh Pujari , who said will look into the matter and get back to me.

I am surely filing a complaint with the consumer court and reporting this matter to the media as well.

My car still lies in your service centre and I have no clue whatsover about when it will be delivered to me.

KINDLY CONSIDER THIS AS A MATTER OF URGENT ATTENTION AND I AM AWAITING IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS, AFTER WHICH THIS ISSUE WILL BE FURTHER RAISED TO THE CONCERNED MEDIA AND CONSUMER COURT.

VW cars, great build quality but with the unprofessional service representatives and advisors and lazy technicians, German engineering too suffers.
Sales people are good but after sales service from careless approach by advisors and technicians is bound to ruin even the finest pieces of engineering.
